Referral system

Attention!
Mao kini ang pagpasabot sa proseso sa referral gikan sa inyong balay padulong sa hospital...
1. Gikan sa inyong balay, moadto una sa Barangay Health Center (Lunes hangtod Bernes, 8AM to 5PM lang, gawas ani, pwede ra modretso sa Main Health center)
2. Gikan sa Barangay Health Center, atimanon sa na-assign nga Nurse ug midwife
3. Kung dili makaya sa Nurse ug midwife sa Barangay Health Center, maghimo ug referral padulong sa Main Health Center
4. Atimanon sa Nurses, Midwife ug Doctor didto sa Main health Center
5. Kung dili makaya sa Doctor sa Main Health Center, erefer didto sa Level I,II o III nga public hospital gamit ang Davao del Norte Referral System. (Pero, kung adunay private hospital nga gusto adtuan sa pasyente, tawagan una ang private hospital usa dalhon ang pasyente)
6. Kung dili makaya sa Level I, II ug III nga hospital, didto erefer sa Apex Hospital nga mao ang DAVAO REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER O DRMC.
7. Maghulat sa reply sa mga hospital kung ilaha bang dawaton ang atong pasyente o enavigate sa laing Hospital.
8. Kung EMERGENCY cases, ang Rescuer maoy motawag sa hospital ug sila na modretso ug dala sa pasyente didto sa hospital.
Ang EMERGENCY nga kaso magdepende sa assessment sa mga rescuer, dili kay kita ang moingon nga Emergency na nga kaso....

Palihog ko ug pagpahibalo sa inyong mga sakop sa pamilya aron mas masabtan ang proseso....kung adunay pangutana, palihog pangutana sa inyong mga Barangay assigned Nurse ug midwife o contact sa 09700-933-480.
