To Our Nurses in Action Volunteers - Thank You for 2025 āØ
This year, 113 nurses and healthcare professionals chose to step beyond their day jobs and into communities that needed them most.
Across Kenya, Uganda, and Nepal, YOU showed up - not just with skills, but with compassion, humility, and heart.
In 2025, you:
š Cared for hundreds of patients through hospitals, clinics, and community health camps
š Educated approximately 800 students per placement on hygiene, nutrition, sexual health, and mental wellbeing
š Reached the elderly, disabled, and house-bound through community outreach
š Supported health services across 3 countries, often in challenging and unfamiliar environments
But numbers only tell part of the story... Behind every stat is a patient who felt seen, a student who learned something new, a family who felt supported, and a nurse who chose to care beyond borders.
We are incredibly thankful and proud of each of you. Thank you for giving your time, your expertise, and your heart in 2025. We canāt wait to continue this journey with you in 2026.

Tag a colleague who needs this reminder⦠š
Long shifts, emotional days, little time to rest. Itās especially important this time of year to care for yourself too. Between holiday pressures, limited time with loved ones and caring for everyone else, donāt forget that you matter just as much.
Take a moment to breathe, sip that coffee, laugh at something silly, enjoy a treat, or just sit quietly and recharge. The little things add up and your wellbeing matters now more than ever.
This Christmas, let yourself rest, smile, and receive the same care you give every day. Youāve earned it.
