Knowledge is important. But as a coach it’s not enough to just know things. Coaching isn’t about dumping jargon and information on you. It’s about teaching you how to apply that knowledge-how to adopt it and adapt it to your own life.

As someone who works primarily with female clients, communication, connection and being a safe place is important. I’m here to understand where you’re at, meet you there, and then help you achieve your goals, step by step. That’s about empowerment, not judgement.

At the end of the day, any question I ask or advice I give comes from a place of wanting to simplify something that can feel really complicated and emotionally overwhelming.
