😅HAVE FUN WHEN TRAINING👀

We do train all our members with focus and purpose, making sure we teach something new that’s very important every session to them… but sometimes we try and mix things up, try something different…

I was given the “I recon I can hold your body weight for 10 second’s in a plank”… so of course, I had to make it happen with said member and get a photo for evidence!

See… we don’t just have fun. But get members incredibly strong too! 💪

Looks like our 6 weeks challenge really does work! 🎯🙌
