Greg Gil practices multiple Energy Healing modalities including Reiki, Chi Gung, Yoga and has studied with teachers of ancient Egyptian and Native American healing methods. In addition, Greg uses massage, EFT and his extensive experience and training in meditation, deep breathing, movement and ergonomics to help people achieve the optimum life experience.
