🌿 Massage Price Update – Effective September 1st 2025 🌿

To all my amazing clients thank you for allowing me to be part of your wellness journey and for trusting me with your care.

From September 1st, there will be a small increase in massage treatment prices to reflect rising costs and to ensure I can continue offering the same high-quality service and attention you deserve:

✨ 60-minute massage – £75
✨ 90-minute massage – £105

This adjustment helps me continue investing in the best oils, waxes and training so you always leave feeling renewed, restored, and supported.

If you'd like to book your next massage at the current rate, there's still time. Any appointments before September 1st will remain at the existing prices.

Hi folks,

I just wanted to let you know that I’ll be taking a summer break to spend some much-needed time with my family in France. I’ll be back in August, but please note that my availability will be limited until early September while my boys are off school.

I’d also like to take this moment to say how truly lovely it’s been working with you all both my long-standing clients and those of you who are new. Thank you for your continued support. I’m really looking forward to seeing you again in the autumn.

For those wanting to book in before I return full-time, I have a few limited slots available:

Tuesday 20th & Wednesday 21st August: 10:00am – 1:30pm

Tuesday 27th & Wednesday 28th August: 10:00am – 1:30pm

Evening session: Monday 1st and Tuesday 2nd September at 8:00pm

I’ll be back to my regular Monday–Friday schedule from Wednesday 4th September.

During pregnancy, connecting with your baby and enjoying gentle massage can be a beautiful way to nurture both your body and your mind. Massage can bring a sense of calm, easing tension, aches and discomfort, while offering a moment to simply slow down and be present.

As your baby grows, these quiet moments of connection—whether through touch, speaking softly, or just being mindful of their presence—can create a strong emotional bond. It’s a subtle, yet powerful way to feel close to the new life you're carrying, sharing love and warmth before they even arrive.

I've shied away from doing this for about 15 years. The last time I had photographs taken for my business was when I lived in Sheffield. My life was very different back then with way less responsibility and a lot more time on my hands!

But....... With the support and encouragement of the very talented I blooming well went and did it.

It was a welcomed reminder that stepping out of your comfort zone is essential for growth. While familiarity feels safe, it limits potential. Embracing discomfort opens doors to new experiences and insights and true growth happens when you push beyond what feels easy and familiar.

If you have regular treatments with me please let me know your preferred sessions as soon as you can to see you up until the 20th July.

When we return I will only be able to offer limited sessions in the evenings as I'll be off with my children until they return to school on the 4th September where I will resume my normal practice.

Taking time for yourself is really important for your overall well-being and your nervous system. A good massage can help melt away stress by lowering those pesky stress hormones, making you feel more relaxed and balanced. In turn this helps your nervous system switch gears from "fight or flight" to "rest and digest," which is great for both your body and mind.

Regular massage not only lifts your mood and eases tension but also keeps your nervous system in tip-top shape, helping you feel more at peace and in harmony with yourself.

Let me hold space for you to connect with your body. I will meet you where you are at and will tailor your treatment to suit your needs.

Please be aware, I am pretty busy and tend to be booked up in advance for 2/3 weeks (thanks to my lovely clients.) So if you are new do leave yourself enough time to plan for your treatment.
