I speak to so many ladies who are doing bits and bobs
They may be taking a supplement that promises to end their fatigue
They may be cutting out a food that they’ve heard could be a problem
They may be quitting coffee or getting into Crossfit
But they are still speaking to me
Meaning, they still need help
So often they talk about feeling confused and overwhelmed
I’m not going to tell you everything you need to know about how you can get your energy and your life back now.
Because it’s an instagram post. And because it’s not the same for everyone. And oh yeah, this is my job.
But I will give you some pointers to get started.
➡️ Go anti-inflammatory. Reduce the load. You can do this by increasing anti-inflammatory foods - oily fish, leafy greens, berries
➡️ Help yourself detoxify. Hypothyroidies are often very inefficient at this. This means keeping hydrated, putting an end to constipation and loving your liver
➡️ Put sleep first. Do all you can to get good quality and a good quantity of restful hours
