Today we had a very special visit to the Ribersborgs Kallbadhus built in 1898! We had a 100 degree sauna before jumping into the icy sea which was only 3 degrees! From the pier there are stunning views and lots to explore close by! Such a historic spot and so great it is still being enjoyed by so many! ♨️🌊🔥

Today we visited . We will be coming back again on this trip as we loved it SO much! We are learning so much about saunagus and really hope to expand the offerings back home- it’s such a unique experience and takes sauna to a whole new level!  
 
Today we did a high saunagus with Claes and we were transported to another realm. The music, the heat, the fanning and the cold plunge afterwards had us feeling so high! We are addicted and can’t wait for the next visit. It’s such a privilege getting to experience all of this in Copenhagen.

What’s the best cure for jet lag? A sauna rave obviously!!! We did an incredible 3 round saunagus experience at a floating sauna at winter island and the energy was electric!

For us, it’s like choosing between walking or running—both are great, it’s just a different kind of sweat! For us, there’s nothing quite like using a traditional wood-fired or electric stove—nothing beats that intense heat! 
 
While research supports the health benefits of infrared saunas, many top studies on longevity have come from traditional Finnish sauna bathing. 
 
At our saunas are traditional electric and we love it HOT—sitting between 85 and 90 degrees. See you in the heat!

And here we are at the end of 2025! We have learnt so much and so grateful for the growth and love.   
  
2026 will include some very exciting collaborations for Rivasoul and a new location for Seasoul on the peninsula as we continue to work locally to secure something for our loyal bayside customers.   
  
2026 will also include more saunagus and a Scandinavian trip to inspire us and bring back home new ideas!   
  
We want to thank everyone for their support and love in 2025. And of course a shout out to our beautiful staff and a special thank you to Hannah my daughter who has managed so much back of house admin- couldn’t have done it without your brain!
