Denise's passion for nutrition started over 3 years ago after struggling with her weight for a majority of her life; she decided it was time for a change by learning how to pair everyday food that tastes great and that will maximize weight loss progress. Denise took this passion to a whole new level with research and in-depth study to maximize her own weight loss with great success. After 3 years of personal experience of balancing food and exercise, Denise decided to follow her new found passion with pursuing a Nutrition Counseling Certification. Denise has achieved her goal and received her Nutrition and Wellness counseling certification from the American Fitness Professionals & Associates and is ready to pass her knowledge and passion on to you.
