This post is quite different to what I normally do but I felt that I needed to share my story....
So I have been fairly quiet and its down to me suffering with anxiety and depression which has been getting worse over the last 2 and half years which untill feb of this year has being diagnosed/confirmed by the doctor, I refused to take prescribed medication and started using the essential oils on this post, but also started counselling which then referred me to 'CBT' Cognitive Behaviour Therapy online through an app which I was able to access through my nhs counselor, And then lockdown happened!!!! GREAT!!! IT did help somewhat in understanding my fears and to stop second guessing everyones thoughts about me. I eventually learnt to read namaaz (please dont judge me) alongside me using the essential oils to calm my nerves which too did help. But overall I feel im heading to a much better place I've never been super religious and still am not but you dont have to be, to be close to Allah/God. Only God can judge us as he knows whats in our hearts π just felt I had to share my journey so far. WE DONT NEED TO PROVE TO PEOPLE WHO WE REALLY ARE, SO BE YOURSELF AND LEARN TO ACCEPT IT. ###X
The oils I used are as follows;
ANXIETY BLEND:
5 drops Clarysage
5 drops of Lavender (my fav)
3 drops of Peppermint
2 drops of Ylang-ylang
2 drops of Rosemary
2 drops of Grapefruit
1 drop of Cedarwood
all put in a rollerball topped with fractionated coconut oil. I do love my rollerballs
