Good news. Your body doesn’t need epic sessions to adapt.
Short, targeted training done regularly can create huge change.

Make movement manageable, not overwhelming.
That’s how habits stick.

“It started with a stiff back… and now everything hurts.”

If you’ve ever said something like this, you’re not alone. It often starts with one tight spot or one joint that isn’t pulling its weight. So the body adapts. Other muscles step in to get the job done. It keeps you moving, but not always in the smoothest or safest way.

Over time, those little compensations add up. A stiff back becomes an overloaded knee. A tight ankle becomes a cranky hip. Cause and effect, one link at a time.

The good news? The body is just as good at relearning. With the right guidance, you can retrain movement patterns so load is shared the way it was meant to be.

Think of it like a construction site. If one worker does all the heavy lifting, they burn out fast. But when the whole crew shares the load, everything runs smoother. That’s what better movement feels like.

If something feels “off,” you’re allowed to ask questions. Send us a message any time.

Strength testing isn’t a performance.
It’s a way to understand your body so we can build the right plan.

It shows what you’re great at, what needs a nudge and how you’re tracking over time.
Knowledge takes away guesswork and builds confidence.

You know when someone says, “bro, you’ve got to feel the muscle working”?
Well… what if you could actually train your brain to connect to that muscle?

That “mind–muscle connection” everyone talks about is really just neuromuscular communication — how efficiently your brain activates a specific muscle group. The Neubie uses direct current, not the usual alternating current, to stimulate the nerves that drive those activation patterns. You’re not forcing the muscle. You’re teaching your nervous system to fire it better.

That’s why people often describe it as feeling muscles they normally can’t switch on. It’s a game changer for awareness and control in training.

It’s not a shortcut or a magic muscle builder. It’s a tool that helps you learn how to use what you already have. That’s real hypertrophy — building strength and control from the inside out.

If you’re curious about how this fits into your training, you’re always welcome to reach out.

Progress doesn’t always look dramatic.
Sometimes it’s smoother reps or feeling less cooked after a session.

If it’s feeling easier, you’re getting stronger.
Keep showing up and let consistency carry the load.

When people hear “Cerebral Palsy,” they often picture just one kind of movement challenge. But it’s never that simple.

Some people experience spasticity, where tight muscles make movement feel stiff. Others have ataxia, where coordination feels shaky or unpredictable. Some present with hypotonia, which affects posture, balance and control. Every presentation is different.

That’s why exercise needs to be individualised. There’s no single plan that works for everyone.

As an Exercise Physiologist, I look at how Cerebral Palsy shows up for each person. That might mean improving gait mechanics, building core and limb strength, increasing mobility or helping someone manage fatigue so life feels more doable.

The goal isn’t exercise for the sake of it. It’s using movement to support independence, function and confidence, whatever that looks like for that person.

Your journey is unique. And you’re allowed to take it at your own pace.

Our team (plus some new additions), with a few important faces missing but always part of the story.

To stand here and see how far we’ve come together, through some tricky times, the long days, and the belief that what we’re building truly matters, is something I’m incredibly proud of.

The opportunities ahead are a direct result of the work done when it wasn’t easy. And now, standing beside this young, open-minded, driven group of health professionals, we’re ready to tackle the next mountain head on.

The party at the top will be well earned.
But the climb together is going to be even better.

Lead the way team, 2026 lets go! 🚀

You’re not just a diagnosis. You’re a whole person — and that matters when it comes to recovery.

As a physiotherapist, I’ve learned that no two injuries are the same, even when the scans or symptoms look identical. Recovery isn’t just physical. It’s emotional, psychological and behavioural. Sleep, stress, work, support systems — they all shape how your body responds and adapts.

That’s why your plan should be unique to you, not a generic template or one-size-fits-all routine.

Battling an injury is both a physical and mental game. When we train both systems — body and mind — we create the conditions for real, sustainable progress.

Your journey is unique. And you’re allowed to take it at your pace. If you’re feeling unsure about your next step, send us a message. We’re here to help you make sense of it.

You don’t need a full routine to feel better.
A few squats, a short walk, standing up more often.

Your body loves frequency, not fuss.
Little bits of movement throughout the day go a long way.

Today we pause, reflect, and move forward together. Learning from the past, grounded in the present, and hopeful for what we can build side by side.

When Sylvia was told she had osteoporosis, she thought it meant stopping almost everything she loved. Lifting. Walking fast. Even keeping up with her grandkids. It’s a story we hear a lot.

But under a structured, evidence based exercise program focused on bone loading and strength, she began to move differently. The ONERO method isn’t about pushing limits. It’s about retraining confidence through safe, controlled loading that supports bone health.

Stories like Sylvia’s don’t happen because exercise magically fixes bone loss. They happen because the right kind of movement rebuilds strength, independence and belief in what’s still possible.

If you’ve been told to “be careful,” remember that careful doesn’t have to mean fragile. If you’re unsure about your next step, send us a message. Our team will help guide you toward movement that feels safe and achievable.
