I will give you a pair glasses that you didn’t know you needed- you will see people and the world in a whole new way.

They are Xray vision glasses for human behaviour.

People cannot have a thought without giving off a physical response to that thought.

I give you the tools to read those nonverbal communication and behaviour cues

“it feels like having superpowers” “I have more skill than Jason Bourne”

The tools and skill set I give you has real time application in real-life situations

In the first 60 seconds you will be able to read a person like a book
But having a book does not give you skills .

You have to go a use them practice them, OH by the way the by the end of the first day training you will have more skills than most government officers- fact .

These skills aren’t to be left in a folder or on some note pad somewhere.

This is because the way I do the training, You will keep them in your head and always be profiling.

It’s up to you , it really is , I can cough up information for you, but it won’t give you the skills unless you apply and take action.

You can go out and practice this skill right now; the very next time you speak to someone, you will have next level skills to work out what they actually are saying to you and what they are not saying to you.

Lets do the work

Saturday morning Behaviour Cue- Hushing.

Barbara and Allan Pease (2006) coined this behaviour term.

A person bringing their hands to their faces or their performing any behaviours that cover their mouths, are considered to be hushing gestures.

Hushing occurs when a person become nervous or self-conscious about what they are saying or thinking.

Three normal variations exist for this behaviour.
1-Hushing by covering mouth to cough
2-Hushing by covering lips with fingers
3-Hushing by scratching the nose

Remember clusters as this is also context an other cues is a possible deceptive gesture/cue.

Remember and especially with this one context, what’s happening or being said at the time of the gesture.

🕶️ Friday Field Technique — “The Mirror Check”

Goal: Strengthen observational awareness and nonverbal calibration in under 2 minutes.

🧠 What to Do:
• Find someone nearby — in a café, gym, office, or even on a call.

• Observe their micro-movements for just 20 seconds: shoulder shifts, breathing rhythm, blink rate.

• Subtly mirror one small element — the speed of their blink, head tilt, or breathing pace.

• Hold it for about a minute, then stop.
• Watch what changes: do they lean in, relax, smile, or open up more?

🎯 The Lesson:
Mirroring builds unconscious synchrony.

When done lightly and authentically, it creates connection — not manipulation.

It’s your weekly reminder that influence begins with awareness, not words.

⚡ Why People Follow — Even When They Shouldn’t
And How You Can Use It to Lead Ethically.

There’s a reason people comply, obey, and act — even when they know they shouldn’t.

It’s not manipulation.

It’s structure.

The Milgram Experiment proved it decades ago:
Ordinary people delivered fatal shocks because four forces overrode their instincts — Focus, Authority, Tribe, and Emotion.

We call it The F.A.T.E Model.
• Focus – Novelty captures the brain. New equals urgent.
• Authority – A calm, structured figure instantly signals safety.
• Tribe – “Everyone else must have agreed.” Compliance spreads through belonging.
• Emotion – Behaviour is chemical, not logical. Emotion hijacks reasoning every time.

When these four align, obedience becomes automatic — even lethal.

The same model that turns people into followers can turn you into a leader worth following.

🧠 The Authority Triangle
True authority isn’t dominance — it’s alignment.

Three sides hold it together:
Behaviour — Your internal world: confidence, discipline, leadership, gratitude, enjoyment.

Effect — What others feel from you: movement, appearance, confidence, connection, intent.

Habits — What you do when no one’s watching: environment, time, appearance, social, finance.

When these align, people don’t decide to follow you — their nervous system already has.

Authority isn’t loud. It’s magnetic.

🧩 The MACCI Effect
Movement. Appearance. Confidence. Connection. Intent.

Five data points that build or break trust in the first 10 seconds.

Together, they create what we call Permission Hierarchy — the invisible ladder of influence.

Every day, my job is transferring permission.

To do things people wouldn’t normally do.

To make decisions they’ve been afraid to make.

To take action on the things they keep delaying.

That’s what real influence is — transferring permission through presence.

Friday feeling behaviour cue Jewellery Play

The jewellery most people wear is closely associated with identity and self-image.

Playing or fiddling with jewellery is a way some subjects pacify themselves during social stress or anxiety.

This is frequently seen in women who play with or reach up to grasp their necklaces or bracelets.

I got slated for using AI so I went and learned from in my view the best- Codebreak Ai training and Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi.

Last week I joined in their AI- Gain the advantage (event today)

AI Advantage Summit - Hosted by Tony Robbins & Dean Graziosi

I downloaded their AI business prompt, filled it out and used it

I'm getting ahead and learning

And here is one of the results- below are my notes from my trainer training and I’ve turned them into what I teach others.

These are my words below and I used AI to format it

Let me know your thoughts on AI.

Why Most People Lose Authority Without Realising It

Most people think authority is about how loud you are.
It’s not.
It’s about how little you need to prove.

Real authority isn’t built in the moment — it’s leaked long before you speak.
It shows up in:
• how you move,
• how you manage yourself,
• and what habits you have when nobody’s watching.

There are three triangles I use with clients to rebuild that foundation 👇

🔺 Internal (Behaviour & Mindset)
Confidence. Discipline. Leadership. Gratitude. Enjoyment.

🔺 External (Visible Effect)
Movement. Appearance. Confidence (as received). Connection.
Intent.

🔺 Underlying (Habits & Structure)
Environment. Time. Appearance. Social. Finance.

When these three align → people don’t just listen to you, they follow you.

When they’re out of sync → your authority collapses, even if you’re saying all the right words.

Ask yourself today:
“Where am I leaking authority — behaviour, effect, or habits?”

Write down the first answer that comes to mind.

That’s the signal to fix first.

📘 I’ve been building a new Operator’s Journal for Insight Lab — a daily system to measure, refine, and master these three triangles.

If you’d like early access before it drops, comment ‘OPERATOR’ below.

Throw back Thursday Cue- Lip compression.

Lip Compression is the most reliable and the most pronounced facial expression you will see.

This cue often means withheld opinions or unspoken disagreement.

If you asked a friend that has just started a new job and they reply yes I love it, and immediately their lips compress.

Then they are with holding their true thoughts on the matter
And that's your cue to ask for more information and see if they are ok or getting to them to talk. "Tell me more"

What's great about this cue is that you will see it a lot and it happens very quickly after they have said something.

Start to notice the reactions in the face.

Wednesday Behaviour cue-Wrist Touching

Wrist touching is another form of what I call autocontact behaviour, unconscious act.

This behaviour is used as a barrier and comforting movement, and it gives a person a sense of protection and security when they experience social pressure, nervousness, or anxiety.

A potential stress indicator.

Wrist touching is often seen in men in public in the form of reaching across and using one hand to adjust the wristwatch or shirt cuff of the other hand.

Also seen when a perosn pop knuckles, rub hands, adjust a sleeve, or any other similar gestures.

This is also when a person physically grasps the wrist of his or her opposite hand.

This is an anger-related and self-restraining behaviour, watch out for this one.
