Runners, have you experienced this?

You've had many treatments; you've rested; you've bought new shoes - yet that injury persists and just won't go away...

Chances are good that your body's locked in an injury/compensation pattern, which restricts normal movement and causes you to run "skew" (inefficiently).

As a certified LYNO®️ practitioner, I do a full body assessment to find that locked pattern, which I release using a specific technique. This restores your normal movement.

So don't waste more time and/or money, give me a call on 074-162-8592 or email me at EdgemeadLyno@gmail.com and let's sort out the cause of your recurring injury/pain!

Did you feel better after therapy, but as soon as you start running, the injury comes back?
Did you rest for weeks or months, felt better, but as soon as you start running, the pain is back?
You are most probably stuck in a movement pattern that is causing the chronic strain.
A LYNO®️ practitioner will do a full body assessment to find the pattern, then release the restrictions to restore neutral running!

✍️NOTES FROM THE LAB:
STEPPED SPECIMEN

By stepping this we revealed the down to the tissue making it easy to see and understand. Though this concept has been drawn in the past, never in history has it been dissected and that we know of. This image serves us as a beautiful teaching tool!

Starting with the top layer on the far left, what you can see in this stepped image of the lower leg is the 1) Skin, 2) two layers of Superficial Fascia, 3) Deep Fascia also called the Fascia Cruris, and then 4) the muscles, of which each have their own Epimysium, Perimysium and Endomysium Fascia around and within them.
