Bonjour 🤩
Je ne peux pas résister à l’envie de partager ces pensées selon Osho, même si c’est en Anglais !
😅🌸☀️
« The difference between intensity and seriousness is subtle but essential — and Osho spoke about it beautifully.
Seriousness comes from the ego — it is heavy, tense, goal-oriented.
A serious person is burdened by the idea of becoming someone or reaching somewhere. Seriousness lacks joy. It carries the energy of effort, not of flow.
Intensity, on the other hand, is pure aliveness.
It is not heavy — it is total.
An intense person is deeply in the moment — burning fully in whatever they are doing, whether it’s meditation, dance, or love.
Intensity has laughter, passion, and presence — seriousness has worry, control, and fear.
Osho says:
“Be intense, but not serious. Seriousness belongs to the ego; intensity belongs to life.” »
