For those of you that thought our 6:00 am cross training class was too late in the day we've now got you covered. As of Monday we now have a 5:15 am class so you early, early folks can "Attack the Day"! Don't let your bed hold you back from your fitness and life goals. Get up, lace 'em up and come on out. Hooyah!!

Drum roll please......today the MWF 0600 X-Training group started their 7 week whole food (Paleo) eating challenge. That's right 7 weeks of eating nothing but good wholesome unprocessed food, like a good hunter gatherer. Umm Umm good! Let the competition begin!

The Cross Training 6 am crew at Soler's Sports. They are rolling out of bed on Mon, Wed & Fri and getting leaner, stronger and faster. One just ran a sub 17:00 5k, one just ran her first 1/2 marathon in 2:03, one just ran RnR Arizona and had her best race in a long time, and they can all deadlift heavy objects and swing a mean kettlebell.

Today we celebrated one of our cross training peeps birthday by doing 1 burpee for every year she's been alive. Man that celebration really took our breath away. Happy Birthday JAM!
