With 35 years of experience as a psychiatric clinical nurse specialist and holistic wellness educator, she is an inspiring leader in blending contemplative practices of mindfulness, meditation, yoga with neuroplasticity and biofield energy principles to create optimal health. Through her holistic psychotherapy and consulting practice, SunStone Wellness, LLC, she is a featured presenter, workshop facilitator, and retreat leader at national healthcare conferences, educational institutions, and business corporations. Denise has published numerous articles on integrative health, created on-line educational tools, and has released 2 acclaimed guided meditation CDs, Creating Calm Within and Seeking Sleep.
