Last Sunday, we celebrated 5 years of Keep Your Balance 🎉🥳
I’m beyond grateful to do what I love everyday but I truly wouldn’t be here without all of you.
Thank you for your trust, your support and for allowing me to walk alongside you on your journeys. I’ll continue to learn, grow and give my best to this work and to you all. My heart is so full and I can’t wait to see what the next chapter holds 💚 Court x

A couple of months back, I saw "Mary" (not her real name) who had been struggling with chronic joint and muscle pain for over ten years. The underlying cause? Unresolved grief that her body had been holding onto for years. At the time of her loss, she wasn’t able to process her grief so her body carried it as a way to cope. 

After guiding and assisting Mary to process this grief, her pain disappeared after just one session. She has been pain-free ever since.

If you’re dealing with chronic pain, know that it’s not always a physical issue. Sometimes it’s emotional — a sign from your body that something needs to be addressed or released 💚🍃

Just jumping on here to share a gentle reminder…

What you believe, you create. 💫
If you carry a belief that you’re inadequate in some way, unsafe or that something is wrong or lacking in your life — you’ll always find the evidence to prove it true. And if the proof isn’t there, you’ll create it (make it your reality) just to say, “see, I told you so.”

So why do we do this?
Proving ourselves 'right' gives us (the ego) a momentary sense of certainty and safety, however, it’s a FALSE sense, which often keeps us stuck in the same unhealthy cycles.

So if the stories you’re telling yourself are making you feel bad, here’s my challenge for you - flip the script. Look for the proof that the opposite belief or story could also be true. There's a good chance you'll still prove yourself right 💚
