Watch me make you a brewed chai, sing you a chorus, and show you where it hurts the most 😆 😂

If your shoulder also hurts or you just need some TLC send me a DM. I can hook you up with some nervous system calming tools, a massage, or both!

If you're lucky, I might even make you a brewed chai 😉

🥁 This is more than an instrument; it is a soul birthed into sound. ✨

Back in 2023 I had the honor of creating this drum alongside my wonderful friend who created her own drum. We were guided by an amazing teacher and soul from Homegrown Shamanism.

My drum is crafted from beautiful Elk skin in the form of a 7-sided Path Drum—a traditional design of the Swampy Cree Tribe of Manitoba, Canada.

Known as the Drum of Personal Truth, its geometry holds a sacred map: the six directions of the world, and the seventh side—my own sacred path. 🧭

As we return to Community Music with Medicine Songs, I am opening my heart to share these vibrations with you.

Come and join our community and allow medicine songs shared and sung among others remind you of your own truth.

Send me a DM and I'll add you to our group 😊

🤗 💕 🥰

Happy 😊

Every day, I feel privileged to watch my clients find their voice, their rhythm, and their peace.

One of the biggest misconceptions is that we are "solely about the music."

In reality, the music is the bridge. Music Therapy is about setting clinical goals and using rhythm, melody, and harmony as the tools to achieve them. 🎯

These photos represent more than just "playing music"—they represent breakthroughs in communication, growth in confidence, and deep human connection.

I’m so grateful to walk this musical journey with every one of my music therapy clients. 🎵✨

Stop repeating the same cycles. 🔄

We all have “stuck” spots in our biofield—dense areas where our energy isn't moving smoothly. This usually shows up as fatigue, emotional reactivity, or those recurring behavioral patterns we just can't seem to shake.

Biofield Tuning has been my secret weapon for breaking those loops. 🛠️

Here’s the honest truth: the sessions didn't stop life’s challenges from happening.

But they DID give me a massive upgrade in awareness. By using sound to clear the "noise" and tension I was carrying, I can now see my old patterns starting before I get swept up in them.

It’s moved me from a place of reaction to a place of conscious choice. I can finally see the path and choose a different way forward.

A huge shout-out to for his incredible guidance in this practice. His wisdom has been instrumental in my journey of mastering the forks and understanding the language of the biofield so I can share this work with you.

Ready to find your own rhythm and break the cycle? ✨

Golden hour, golden milk, and new melodies. ☕️🎸
Taking a moment to fuel my soul before turning the kitchen into a makeshift studio. ✨

Apparently, my last video was “raaagggeeee baaaaiiitt” 🎣 so here I am to give you more of... whatever that means. 😆

Same song, different frequencies. This is my own song "Light" played in "standard" 440Hz vs. the "healing" 432Hz.
Does one feel heavier? Does one feel like it’s floating? You tell me 🤔 🧐
I'm looking forward to more interesting comments 🍿 🎸✨ 😏😆

🎧 The 8Hz Mystery: 440Hz vs. 432Hz 🎸✨

Most of the music we hear today is locked into 440Hz—it’s the modern standard, sharp, and focused. But when I drop my guitar down to 432Hz, something shifts. It feels less like I’m playing at the room and more like I’m playing with it.

Some say 432Hz resonates with the natural frequency of the universe. Others say it’s just a psychoacoustic trick that makes things sound "warmer." Personally? I feel a physical difference in the string tension and the way the wood vibrates against my chest. I feel calm and grounded.

I want to put this to the test. 🎧
Watch/Listen to the comparison and tell me:
1️⃣ What do you feel when you listen to each one?
2️⃣ Did the 432Hz version feel more relaxed or just flat?

Next Reel: I’m taking requests 😊 Is there a specific song you want me to play to compare these two frequencies? Let me know in the comments below 👇🏻 and I’ll tune up (or down) for the next one 🎶

For me, being active most days is more than just a routine—it’s how I stay centered. I’ve realized that having a lot of energy to burn isn't a distraction; it’s my superpower, as long as I give it the right outlets. (And yes, that includes scheduled chunks of rest—they’re just as vital as the movement.)

My non-negotiables for staying grounded and regulated:

The Gym (3 to 4 times X week) Channeling that high energy into something physical keeps my mind sharp and clear. 🏋️

The Outdoors: Fresh air and nature are the fastest way to pull myself out of "work brain" and back into the present moment. ☀️

Grounding through Food: I use cooking as a sensory anchor to slow down and fuel up. 🥘

The Vocal Release: Singing while I cook isn’t just for fun—it’s the best way to clear my head and let the noise of the day go. 🎤

Living for the moments in between and enjoying every bit of the process. 😊

As a Biofield Tuning practitioner, I’m always asked how sound actually "works." It’s not just vibes—it’s physics.

Here are 5 episodes that bridge the gap between your cells and your spirit:

1. The Science of Sound Healing (Compromised to Alchemized): How the CymaScope makes sound visible and how we physically "tone" the Vagus Nerve to flip the switch from stress to repair. This is for science lovers. Acoustic scientist John Stuart Reid explains the CymaScope—which makes sound visible—and how specific frequencies physically tone the vagus nerve to switch your body from "stress" to "repair" mode. 🌊

2. The Science of Sound Medicine (The Art of Being Well): A deep dive into Frequency Therapy as a "nutrient" for your nervous system to lower inflammation. This episode with Dr. Will Cole is great for understanding how we can use sound as a targeted "nutritive" for our nervous systems to lower inflammation and boost cellular health. 🔋

3. Tuning the Human Biofield (Spirit Gym): Eileen McKusick explains the Biofield Anatomy Map—where your body stores "static" from the past. A masterclass with Eileen McKusick. She explains the Biofield Anatomy Map—how we store our life’s "static" or trauma in the standing waves of our energy field. A must-listen for anyone curious about how I use forks to "tune" your body. 🗺️

4. The Healing Power of Sound (Trust Your Innersense): Moving from "out of tune" to a state of emotional coherence and inner clarity. This is a beautiful look at the emotional and intuitive side of sound. It explores how Biofield Tuning helps us move from "out of tune" to a state of coherence and inner clarity. ✨

5. Sound Therapy & Self-Healing (The Art of Awakening): A reminder that the goal of frequency work is more play, love, and appreciation for life. I love this one because it focuses on the "end game" of healing—getting back to a state of play, love, and appreciation. It’s a reminder that frequency work isn't just about fixing things; it's about expanding your capacity for joy. 🕊️

A victim mindset isn’t the same thing as having feelings.

I’ve always been conscious of my actions and their impact on others. For a long time, I thought that "moving forward" meant avoiding a victim mindset at all costs. But I’ve learned that a victim mindset isn’t the same thing as having feelings.

It is okay to feel. In fact, it’s necessary.

I use songwriting to create coherence out of the noise. I won't sit around in a "love and light" mindset and disregard the anger, heartbreak, or grief. Those emotions are just as vital as joy. They are the soil where the lessons grow.

Once I dig out and release these emotions through music, I’m left with the gold: the essence of the journey and the beauty of the unknown.

I’m currently finalizing new songs born from the last few months of life, messy situations, poor choices, and beautiful realisations in who I am becoming and what it is I want.

The songs aren't about staying in a victim mindset or dwelling on what went wrong—they are about the coherence I found by letting the feelings out. They are my snippets of a lifeline that helped me process the grief so I could walk away with the essence of the experience.

Stay tuned—I’ll be sharing these pieces of the journey with you very soon. 🕊️✨

Use headphones for a rainy clinic reset 🌧️🎧

There is something so deeply restorative about the sound of rain falling on the roof.

It’s nature’s own metronome 🎶 the rain feels grounding to me as I move between the handpan, crystal singing bowl, and tuning forks. Combined, they create a space where my mind can rest and my body can be.

A nice way to finish my day in the clinic 😊 🥰

Here’s a little snapshot of that magic. I hope it brings a moment of stillness to your day. 🎧
