“Hydration + Mood Support Supplements”

Magnesium (calms nerves + reduces muscle tension)

B-complex (stress resilience)

Electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium)

Hydration isn’t just about water — your brain needs minerals to use it properly.
These nutrients help regulate mood and energy when exams (and heat) ramp up.

Not a big water drinker? No problem.
Try cucumber, celery, strawberries, watermelon, oranges, lettuce — all over 90% water!
Add electrolytes naturally with a pinch of sea salt and a squeeze of citrus. 🍋

“Back in my day, kids didn’t have ADHD.”
No, they had it.
They just weren’t diagnosed.
They were called lazy.
Told to “focus harder.”
Punished for fidgeting.
Shamed for not fitting into a box their brains were never designed for.
They were the kids who couldn’t sit still in class.
Who got in trouble for talking too much or daydreaming too often.
The ones who grew up thinking something was wrong with them
when really, no one understood what was going on inside.
Those kids became adults who still struggle to feel “enough.”
Who overthink everything.
Who mask their symptoms to blend in.
Who still carry the weight of being misunderstood their whole lives.
So no… ADHD isn’t new.
Awareness is.
And that’s what changes everything.
October is ADHD Awareness Month
and it’s not about excuses.
It’s about understanding.
Because the more we know,
the more our kids will grow up seen instead of shamed.

What we’re exposed to every day can impact how our brains work — and how our kids behave. 🧠

Heavy metals, toxins, and mineral imbalances are known to affect:
⚡ Concentration
⚡ Focus
⚡ Mood regulation
⚡ ADHD symptom expression

One of the most concerning is aluminium:
⚠️ It’s a known neurotoxin and has been directly linked to an increase in ADHD symptoms.
⚠️ Yet it’s everywhere in our daily lives — from va**ng products, cooking equipment, cosmetics, to food packaging.

💡 Reading product labels is one of the simplest and most powerful ways to build awareness. Every small choice adds up — and the more we know, the more we can reduce our exposure.

Knowledge is power. Awareness is prevention. 🌿

The school day can be exhausting for kids — especially for those who are neurodivergent. 🧠💡

That’s why many parents see after-school meltdowns: their child is tired, hungry, and running on low fuel.

Here’s a simple fix 👉 snacks that combine protein + fibre:
🥚 Boiled eggs
🧀 Cheese cubes + veggie sticks
🍎 Apple slices with nut butter
🌰 Nuts & seeds

These help:
✨ Steady blood sugar
✨ Support mood regulation
✨ Make afternoons calmer & evenings smoother

🌿 Small changes = big wins for kids’ behaviour and focus.
