Can we talk about gut health for a minute.
I mean if a picture is worth a thousand words, I guess I don’t need to say anything. Am I right? I KNOW you can see it. 👀
But, I do have to tell you about what you can’t see in this photo.

LIFE. I feel like living it. I have the energy to enjoy it. I’m waking up earlier than I ever have in my life (like a normal person 😜), chasing a 1 year old all day, and don’t even dread leaving the house anymore.
DIET. Well - It’s NOT a diet. I’m eating all the things, and not gaining. I’m actually down 1/2 a pound coming off a week long trip in Jamaica (eating all the things). I have a normal appetite: I eat the right amount of food (no more overeating and feeling gross), not starving in between meals, and minimal cravings (although ice cream and chocolate still call my name - the difference is now I CAN eat it and be satisfied with a little bit instead of a whole package)! There’s nothing I can’t eat.
MENTAL. I’m happy! I have a positive outlook. I enjoy getting out of bed. It’s clear. I can stay focused. I have motivation. I can remember things…(if you’ve experienced the fogginess of menopause you know what I’m talking about here)!
