✨ Samhain Soundbath & Reiki Meditation ✨

Yesterday we gathered in sacred space to honour Samhain — the turning of the wheel and the thinning of the veil. Surrounded by candlelight and autumn’s stillness, we journeyed through guided relaxation, Reiki-infused meditation, and the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, gongs, and chimes.

Together we called on our ancestors to hold a safe and loving space, inviting deep rest, reflection, and release. The sound carried us inward, helping us to let go of what no longer serves and to open our hearts to the wisdom of the season.

It was a beautiful afternoon of peace, remembrance, and renewal. 🍂🕯️thank you to all who came 💕🌹our next event is our mum & baby sound bath today:
