Our little man felt the pull of this world and slipped into our arms a little early, wrapped in pure magic.

Our fam bam is overwhelmed and grateful. My heart is floating in that newborn haze where time feels slower and everything feels sacred.

I’m moving into this next chapter with a full heart, so much gratitude, and a deep sense of trust.

My last session before leave was a powerful past life regression with a beautiful client. A perfect, soul-aligned closing to this cycle. 🌙

🌿Labour Support Smoothie 🌿

When your body is working its magic, nourishment and hydration are everything.

This Labour Support Smoothie is designed to sustain your energy, keep your blood sugar stable, and replenish your body with electrolytes and minerals, so you can stay grounded, calm and strong through each wave!

Ingredients:

1 banana: gentle on the stomach, provides steady energy
1 Medjool date, pitted: energy and potassium
½ cup berries (fresh or frozen): antioxidants and natural sweetness
1 cup coconut water: hydration and electrolytes
¼ avocado: healthy fats for endurance
1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup: quick energy boost
1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds: fibre and omega-3s
Pinch of sea salt: replenishes minerals lost through sweating
Handful of ice (optional): cooling and refreshing

Optional Add-Ins:

1 tbsp nut butter (almond or cashew) for extra protein
1 scoop collagen for strength and tissue support
1 scoop of Juice Plus, vanilla complete powder
7 drops of Women's Essence

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness if needed.

Sip slowly during early labour or between contractions as tolerated ✨🫶

I can’t tell you how long I’ve waited to step into my Reiki Master journey, but it’s been calling to me for years and years.

I could have done it sooner, but my heart knew to wait. To continue learning under the same beautiful teacher who guided me through Level 1 and 2. That connection felt aligned, balanced, and sacred.

And this weekend, it finally came together.
A weekend filled with light, intention, and deep connections with the other women. It was lovingly created by a dear friend and Reiki Master with such intention and gratitude.

I feel so grateful, grounded, and divinely guided.
This is only the beginning of another layer of magic.

It’s been a little quiet here lately!!

I’ve been knee-deep in paint brushes, packing boxes, and renovations (again!).

You could say life’s been in full transformation mode and while I’ve been a bit MIA online, I’ve still been seeing clients and supporting women through their own transformations too 💛

I’m excited to share that I’m now open for appointments on Mondays and Saturdays, both online and in-person in Castlemaine.

So if your body’s been calling out for support, whether it’s more energy, hormonal balance, stress relief, or simply a health reset, I’m here and ready to help.

Take a few moments each morning to connect with your breath and express gratitude for your body, your baby, and your journey. Even a single mindful breath can anchor you in the present.

Herbal Bath or Foot Soak Rituals:

Use herbs like lavender, calendula, or rose petals. Infuse the water with your intention, peace, healing, and nourishment. Let it become a meditation of release and renewal.

Journaling:

Write or record reflections of your emotions, dreams, and intuitive messages. Postpartum is a deeply transformative time, and these records can become treasures of remembrance and healing.

Candle or Altar Practice:

Create a small altar space with items that represent motherhood, a shell, a crystal, a flower, and your baby’s photo. Light a candle and sit quietly with your heart’s wisdom each day.

Gentle Energy Cleansing:
Australian Bush Flower Essence - Space Clearing to clear stagnant energy and call in calm, loving light into your home and body.

Mantra & Affirmation Work:

Practice gentle womb meditation or yoni breathing - visualise warm golden light filling your womb space.

Use herbs, teas, or flower essences that nurture feminine energy (like rose, raspberry leaf, or Australian Bush Flower She Oak for fertility).

Release Old Energy:

Write down and burn any emotional or energetic residue from the past - old relationships, grief, or birth experiences.

Cleanse your home and body energetically with smoke (sage, eucalyptus, or sandalwood) or sound (singing bowl, chanting, drumming).

Practice forgiveness and release rituals to clear blockages from the heart and sacral chakras.

Align with Lunar and Earth Cycles:

Track your menstrual cycle alongside the moon cycle - new moon for rest and reflection, full moon for release and manifestation.
