Postpartum asks a lot of us, but when we’re held and supported, the journey feels lighter.

Postpartum support with Australian Bush Flower Essences 🌿🌱🪷

The fourth trimester is such a tender, transformative time, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. As our hormones shift and our energy recalibrates, flower essences can offer subtle yet powerful support.

Post-partum - The fourth trimester ✨️🥰

A sacred season of slowing down and returning home to your body.

Rest — deeply and without guilt.

Nourish yourself with warming, grounding foods, bone broth, eggs, veggies, fruit.

Stay hydrated, let each sip be an act of self-love. Extra electrolytes especially if breastfeeding!

Remember to breathe, softly and often and allow yourself to flow through each emotion.

It’s okay to cry. Your hormones are shifting, your heart is expanding, and you are becoming anew.

I’m 5 days into my fourth trimester and have also been continuing my gentle support from within by taking my prenatal, liquid iron, Juice Plus, and liquid herbs to help my body heal and restore its strength.

And above all, I’m soaking in the newborn bubble in a way that supports me, my body, my heart, and my mental wellbeing 💙

This season is not about doing more, but allowing more rest, nourishment, love, and softness ✨️

Our little man felt the pull of this world and slipped into our arms a little early, wrapped in pure magic.

Our fam bam is overwhelmed and grateful. My heart is floating in that newborn haze where time feels slower and everything feels sacred.

I’m moving into this next chapter with a full heart, so much gratitude, and a deep sense of trust.

My last session before leave was a powerful past life regression with a beautiful client. A perfect, soul-aligned closing to this cycle. 🌙

🌿Labour Support Smoothie 🌿

When your body is working its magic, nourishment and hydration are everything.

This Labour Support Smoothie is designed to sustain your energy, keep your blood sugar stable, and replenish your body with electrolytes and minerals, so you can stay grounded, calm and strong through each wave!

Ingredients:

1 banana: gentle on the stomach, provides steady energy
1 Medjool date, pitted: energy and potassium
½ cup berries (fresh or frozen): antioxidants and natural sweetness
1 cup coconut water: hydration and electrolytes
¼ avocado: healthy fats for endurance
1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup: quick energy boost
1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds: fibre and omega-3s
Pinch of sea salt: replenishes minerals lost through sweating
Handful of ice (optional): cooling and refreshing

Optional Add-Ins:

1 tbsp nut butter (almond or cashew) for extra protein
1 scoop collagen for strength and tissue support
1 scoop of Juice Plus, vanilla complete powder
7 drops of Women's Essence

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness if needed.

I can’t tell you how long I’ve waited to step into my Reiki Master journey, but it’s been calling to me for years and years.

I could have done it sooner, but my heart knew to wait. To continue learning under the same beautiful teacher who guided me through Level 1 and 2. That connection felt aligned, balanced, and sacred.

And this weekend, it finally came together.
A weekend filled with light, intention, and deep connections with the other women. It was lovingly created by a dear friend and Reiki Master with such intention and gratitude.

I feel so grateful, grounded, and divinely guided.
This is only the beginning of another layer of magic.

I’ve been knee-deep in paint brushes, packing boxes, and renovations (again!).

You could say life’s been in full transformation mode and while I’ve been a bit MIA online, I’ve still been seeing clients and supporting women through their own transformations too 💛

I’m excited to share that I’m now open for appointments on Mondays and Saturdays, both online and in-person in Castlemaine.

So if your body’s been calling out for support, whether it’s more energy, hormonal balance, stress relief, or simply a health reset, I’m here and ready to help.

Just a little reminder....

I’ll be heading off on maternity leave in two weeks. Oh my goodness, this has come around so quickly! Especially with an expressive, active, and amazing toddler 🫣

I’m soaking up these final days before stepping into this next sacred chapter of motherhood. A beautiful, exciting, and daunting journey, but one I would never change ✨️🥰
