Owner, Amy Lawrence-Skwiers, LMSW-C is also a subject matter expert in clinical social work and behavioral health consultant. Abundant Wellness operates from the perspective of lead psychotherapy, Amy Lawrence, which is to view therapy as a tool that enables client's to see beyond barriers, recognize new possibilities and take steps toward discovering how to maintain their own well being. Abundant Wellness works with individuals of all ages and offers the safe and trustworthy environment necessary for clients to explore the interconnectedness of their thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
