Summer Solstice Sundo Forest Practice - Saturday 21st of June, 16:30.

On Saturday we will be having a Free Forest Sundo Practice in the beautiful Krivoklat Forest., approx 40 minutes drive west of Prague.

The roots of Kouksundo come from the Wild Mountains of Korea, we would like to acknowledge this by soaking up the refreshing energy of the forest and embracing the peace of nature.

We will meet at Skelna Hut at Luzna at 16:30 and then take a walk into the Forest to find our practice spot. After the practice, approx 18:30, we will walk back and have a fire and share some food back at our garden plot. There is a lake for swimming and a spring for fresh water in the nearby vicinity.

When – Saturday 21st of June meeting at 16:30 (CET)

Bring – Comfortable clothes to train outside in, A mat if you want to use one, Food and Drink for the fire afterwards.
