I was thinking about feeling angry today in relation to something that has angered me in the past.

I think the anger was helpful to a point. It gave me time to be brave enough to look at the emotions beneath. So that when the time came to move deeper in my healing I was empowered. I came at it from a softer place, I was more able to be gentle with myself.

It's no place to stay as it can harden the heart but I'm grateful to have had a place to rest and grow. 💚🙏🏼
