White Sage Wellbeing Blending Spirit & Nature ~ Reiki Master, Art Therapist It was the beginning of such a period of profound change and growth that I'd never known was possible.

Through a life crisis, when I thought I was experiencing a death, it turns out I was experiencing a rebirth.

​This rebirth offered an opportunity to transcend the boundaries of my known experience and expand into a space that was new yet familiar. This is why I feel called to work with people who are at a threshold, because I know the journey of emergence and what it is to realign with your true self.

20 years ago I was handed a flyer for a reiki workshop and it felt like a sign. I believe I'd been gifted a key to a deeper, richer life. Digging deeper, it was my immersion into transpersonal art therapy that sparked the re-connection to my soul self. I felt lit from the inside and was guided to share this with others.
