SCAM ALERT: Do not take phone calls from anyone claiming to be a medical professional or neuro psychologist doing a research study that requires your expertise as an energy healer, psychic, etc. offering to pay you handsomely for your time. HANG UP IMMEDIATELY.
This is a psychologically twisted ruse that will quickly devolve into a humiliating game backed by pseudo-science.
As you know I am deeply involved in the spiritual community, and I have come to learn today that some of my colleagues have also been abused by this scam.

A few weeks ago I was minding my own business and Spirit told me to “get on Bumble”. I was on Bumble a couple years ago but I was so enthralled with my life as a traveling psychic I kept forgetting to try. I’ve worked nearly every weekend for years. But when Spirit tells me what to do I listen. And I take action.
Immediately, I update my profile and cough up $69.99+tax, even have my son Matteo studio shoot new photos. I start swiping left. Swiping right. I’m feeling like the Queen Bee. 🐝
I have immediate results and go on two dates the first week. I get excited. Mini romance sets in when sparks fly with someone. I start dreaming of my future with Mr. Right who’s coming on strong and doing everything right. I’m thanking Spirit. Timing is everything, I think. If I hadn’t listened, I’d be alone. I think.
Spirit doesn’t seem to care, tells me to “keep an open mind,” tells me to “keep swiping left, swiping right.”
It’s really hard to be a psychic and date. Historically, I literally see the end before the beginning. It saves a lot of time and heartache, but it narrows the pool so much, I hardly get wet.
When Mr. Right ghosts me 8 days in, I’m like okay, I’ll keep an open mind. Left right. Left right.
