World Tai Chi Day at Bodē
Bodē and mind… like water and sunlight—
fluid, grounded, in quiet conversation.
Join us for a 60-minute Tai Chi & QiGong session,
a gentle, flowing practice rooted in breath, energy, and awareness.
Tai Chi & QiGong are ancient movement forms that
softly circulate energy, ease the nervous system, and restore balance— slow, intentional, and deeply nourishing.
At 1pm, when the sun is at its peak and energy is naturally expansive, we move in rhythm with it—
held by Bodē’s soft light, natural tones, and calming stillness.
