As we wrap up another year, I’ve been reflecting on everything we’ve accomplished together — from community events and text message campaigns for high school students, to earth-friendly initiatives, trainings, and so much more. Our impact truly wouldn’t be possible without the support of the Lincoln Memorial Foundation, whose funding helps make LMH Community Health programs a reality.

I’m so grateful to do this work alongside such caring partners and neighbors. Wishing everyone a wonderful close to 2025 and a fresh start as we head into January ✨

Respiratory illnesses tend to rise this time of year. To support our community, we’re offering free respiratory kits that include a COVID/flu test, thermometer, sanitizer wipes, 1 packet of gatorade zero, mask, and hand sanitizer.

Preparedness helps keep everyone healthier—stop in and grab a kit while supplies last.
