Let’s talk about the rainbow.🌈
Not the sticker chart version 📍
Not the “just try one bite” version. 🥄
The real one — where your child’s brain is actually getting what it needs to regulate, communicate, and grow.
Here’s what I see in almost every autism family that comes to us:
A child eating 3–7 safe foods.
Constipation that’s been “normal” for years.
Eloping, zoning out, meltdowns that everyone’s calling behavioral.
A parent who’s done everything right — and still feels like they’re failing.
You’re not failing.
Your child’s brain is starving.
And I don’t mean that dramatically.
I mean it biologically.
When a developing brain doesn’t have access to phytonutrients, diverse fiber, key minerals, and real food variety — it cannot regulate. It cannot focus. It cannot build the neural pathways that lead to speech, connection, and independence.
Constipation isn’t a quirk.
Eloping isn’t just autism.
The inability to focus isn’t a character flaw.
These are messages from a body that is missing something.
This is what we specialize in.
We take children from 1 safe food — sometimes one — to 35+ plants per week.
Not through force.
Not through pressure.
Not through bribing or battles at the dinner table.
Through a process called microscopic food chaining — where we meet the child exactly where they are, work with their biology, and build from there.
In 3–6 months, families come back and tell us:
✔️ “She’s trying new foods on her own.”
✔️ “He finally pooped — like a real, formed poop.”
✔️ “She said her first word.”
✔️ “He’s here now. Like, actually present.”
That’s not a coincidence.
That’s what happens when the brain gets fed.
If your child is stuck on the same five foods…
If their gut is a daily battle…
If therapy is helping a little but not moving the needle…
You’re in the right place.
This is exactly what we do.
