We’ve been told for decades what the “perfect diet” looks like.

But what if we’ve been eating upside down?

Before our upcoming live webinar, we encourage you to watch the groundbreaking documentary The Perfect Human Diet, directed by filmmaker CJ Hunt.

The film reached #1 Documentary and #1 Independent Film on iTunes and #1 on Amazon VOD. It lays the foundation for a much bigger conversation.

In this investigative journey, CJ explores a powerful question:
What were humans actually designed to eat?

Using archaeological science, isotopic bone data, and evolutionary biology, the film challenges the grain-heavy model many of us were raised on and examines why a protein-first approach may align more closely with human biology.

After you’ve watched the documentary, then join us live for:

Protein First: What Archaeology and Evolution Reveal About the Human Diet

🖥️ February 19 | 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm EST

Featuring CJ Hunt and nutritional anthropologist Nora Gedgaudas

In this webinar, you’ll learn:

• Why the “new pyramid” puts protein first and why the old pyramid may have it backwards

•What ancient bones reveal about the real human diet, before and after grains

•Why this evidence hasn’t changed, even though nutrition advice keeps shifting

•A surprising lesson from meat-eating plants about the limits of “plant-strong” thinking

•How to think more clearly and calmly about food in a noisy nutrition landscape

“It’s not what you don’t know that gets you into trouble. It’s what you know for certain that just ain’t so.”
– Mark Twain

When it comes to nutrition and minerals, many people are operating on ideas they learned years ago and never questioned. Ideas that feel true. Ideas that are repeated often. Ideas that are quietly steering health in the wrong direction.

As Morley M. Robbins, featured presenter, explains, much of what we’ve been taught about minerals is built on incomplete or misleading assumptions. And when those assumptions get locked into memory, they can keep people stuck in cycles of fatigue, imbalance, and confusion without ever realizing why.
That’s exactly what this conversation unpacks.

Sometimes the most powerful step toward better health isn’t learning something new.

It’s unlearning what never should’ve been certain in the first place.

Most people on the planet think they’re anemic.

But we live on a planet whose number one element is iron.

If so many people are struggling with iron, the real question isn’t “Do you need more?” It’s “Can your body actually metabolize it?”

For decades, we’ve been told to take more iron. Few have been taught how minerals work together inside the cell.

The Mitochondria Fix: Balancing Your Minerals, featuring Morley M. Robbins and hosted by Heather Dane, explores how foundational mineral balance supports mitochondrial health, metabolism, and long-term vitality.

This nourishing treat from is sure to please any crowd, and it’s officially one of our favs. If you are sensitive to almonds and cashews, or looking to cut back on oxalates in your diet, you can substitute with macadamia nuts, walnuts, and coconut flour (just be sure to add a little more coconut oil/butter if you plan to swap flours😉).

Ingredients:

½ cup raw cashews
¼ cup almond flour
3 tablespoons coconut butter, divided
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon zest
½ teaspoon cardamom
½ teaspoon ground ginger
2 dates, pitted

Directions:

In a food processor, add cashews and pulse until ground. Then add almond flour, 1½ tablespoons coconut butter (reserve remaining), coconut oil, vanilla, lemon zest, cardamom, ginger, and dates. Blend until completely combined into a malleable consistency.

Roll into 2 to 3 inch balls, and set aside. Gently heat remaining coconut butter (just until it’s liquid consistency, be careful not to burn) in the microwave or in a small pot on the stove.

Drizzle coconut butter over the cashew balls, let rest for 15 minutes or until coconut butter cools.

Research and evidence continues to grow showing harmful impacts on fertility, hormone balance, oxidative stress, and endocrine function caused by EMFs.

This conversation highlights an uncomfortable but important conversation about modern tech, human health and why it deserves closer attention, not dismissal.

Most people have been brainwashed to believe they are anemic and need more iron. That is where the conversation usually stops.”

In this quote, Morley M. Robbins explains why excess iron stored in immune cells may play a central role in autoimmunity, and why bioavailable copper is required for the body to safely release that iron. It challenges one of the most common assumptions in modern health care and opens the door to a deeper conversation about mineral balance and immune function.

What’s the fastest and simplest way for the average person to start producing real food at home? It’s very simple and it starts with six backyard laying hens. Six hens can produce roughly 1,500 eggs a year. Anyone brand new to food production can easily adopt this method and be on their way. That’s nutrient-dense protein, resilience, and independence right in your own backyard.

What if autoimmune conditions are not caused by a confused immune system, but by minerals being out of balance?

In this clip, Morley M. Robbins explains how excess iron can build up inside immune cells and why bioavailable copper is needed to move that iron out. Many people have been told they are anemic and need more iron, without ever being taught how mineral balance actually works.

Fresh food might be doing more than just smelling good.

What if “freshness” is energetic, free electrons, living ions, something we haven’t fully named yet?

When food is raw, intact, and alive, there’s something fundamentally different about it. Similar to spring water versus boiled water. Once it’s cooked, dried, or processed, something changes.

For the deeper conversation, join Nora Gedgaudas and Daniel Vitalis in the full webinar.
