Time and time again I’m reminded of the innate wisdom and power women hold within their bodies. I’m not speaking of the power that is wielded for one’s personal gain or the subtle control or manipulation of relationships. I speak of the POWER that inherently is in service to that which births a thriving life paradigm into the world. A power that cuts through the distortion of domination and extraction and replaces it with collaboration and tending the seeds of a healthy ecosystem, both in the world and within our relationships. The power that re-members our belonging to the natural world, and disavows fitting in.

Nikki Gillespie, Chris Muse and I will be collaborating on two workshops in early 2026, The Root and The Well. Our vision is to cultivate a culture where women remember their innate wholeness. Where Eros, sensuality, desire and connection are not hidden or shamed but honored as essential expressions of wellbeing. Through community and witnessing, we reclaim our belonging, to ourselves, to one another, and to the greater ecosystem of which we are a part of.

It requires a certain level of FEROCITY to hold the precious and sacred nature of the medicine I offer the world, Embodied Pelvic Care. Ferocity can be misconstrued as harsh or uncaring. My experience has been to occupy ferocity, is in deep service to the most tender and vulnerable. Yet ferocity can be extremely uncomfortable to be in the presence of. As I mature into myself and this body of work, it’s increasingly clear that my medicine may be the sweetest water to some, while tough, bitter gristle to others.

I am so grateful for all the flavors of this work offered in the world right now and each courageous woman who brings her unique medicine. Thank you for your tenacity, your devotion and FEROCITY.

Gabor Maté reminds us “You’re not there to make someone feel better, but to make them better at feeling.”

What is your relationship to ferocity? To have the capacity to occupy the sympathetic nervous system in order to THRIVE, in service to that which brings forth life and not merely to survive?

It’s that time of year when veil is thinning, the leaves are falling and the decent into the roots has begun. This is a powerful time to attend to the root of your own body, as well as tap into the wellness of your ancestors.

I’m fired up. I’m rooted down. I’m covered in mud, snot and tears. I’m tired of the same paradigms spinning under the guise of something new.

I haven’t clawed my way back from the underworld to play it safe or nice or tidy. We are being asked not only to let the old paradigms die, but to be a part of creating a new way forward.
My work is in service to the death and dying needed to birth something new. I’m here to support you to stand, slither or writhe in the fertile detritus so that we may find our place outside of this collective stew of distortion and birth a new way forward even in the unknown.

YOU’RE WELCOME. COME TO THE WELL. YOU ARE WELL, COME.

I have been on a mythical journey to the underworld, much like Innana. Relinquishing the cloaks and adornments of who and what I thought I was. I passed through the gates battered, bruised, with earthworms in my hair, detritus smeared into every nook and cranny of my earthly vessel. In the deepest depths, the subterranean, I stood bare and gazed into a mirror. What I found staring back at me was a woman with a familiar yet AWE~FULL presence. She had piercing eyes, a posture that did not reflect defeat, but an undeniable sense of belonging. A belonging that left no room to question her devotion to life. The potency of her scent, both death and decay, promised to be the sweet nourishment of seeds planted long ago, and those yet to find their place in the garden. This one I saw, this one staring back at me, is a Well-Woman. A woman who is not afraid of the flame, the flood, the tornado or earthquake. She is me, I am her. I walked her, myself, back to the surface, just in time to witness the first buds of spring.

And with the briefest of pauses, I found myself standing on a shore. A barge emerged from the mist. I must have summoned it from the depths. I’ve been asked to board this vessel, sail the space between the worlds. While there are no promises, there is a deep trust in the current and the vessel that has been summoned. We are guiding women to the WELL. YOU’RE WELCOME. YOU ARE WELL, COME. COME TO THE WELL.

When we're tuned into the rhythm of nature, our bodies follow suit. This is the time of year when the majority of energy is underground, within the roots. What a powerful time to explore and honor the deep feminine energy that gathers nourishment from the underworld and darkness.

It's such an honor to share my passion and life's work of supporting women to stand in and speak their truth. What an incredible gift to walk beside so many incredible women, each with their own unique gifts to share with the world.

Embodied Pelvic sessions are about so much more than internal pelvic floor manual therapy.

Embodied Pevic sessions are about a radical reclamation of our body and autonomy, a whole body literacy.  It's about honoring our stories, traumas, births,  blood rights, life cycles, ancestral patterns and nervous system health.

Embodied boundary work is a large part of every EPC session, too. A healthy embodied boundary is a felt sense between an individual and their environment (people, places or things) that differentiates where one begins and the other ends. Healthy embodied boundaries are what allow us to remain in connection with “other” without foregoing our sense of self. These boundaries may be rigid or porous, expansive or contractive, easeful or challenging. Our experience with boundaries will change from person to person, environment to environment, relationship to relationship. Setting a boundary may be clear and full of ease in one relationship, yet murky and full of challenge in others. Some of us have clear professional boundaries, yet struggle deeply not to lose connection with ourselves in personal relationships.

Setting or holding boundaries may be difficult, especially if in early life it was stated or implied our personal needs were an inconvenience/burden to those we relied on to survive. We may have developed strategies to maintain connection, at all costs, to our primary caregivers or attachment figures. This most likely set up unhealthy or distorted relationship patterns.

A client asked the other day,
"You really love this work, don't you?".
I paused. Took a few breaths and offered an honest answer.
Offering Embodied Pelvic Ceremonial sessions is my gift of service to the world. I don't always love "the work". Sometimes, it's downright heartbreaking. Sometimes, I am so full of rage for the stories told and experiences my clients have endured. Sometimes, I have to work sooooooooo hard to hold a container that is on the verge of blowing apart. Sometimes, I cry deeply and allow my body to tremble from deep within, once a client leaves the space.
I love the spark of life I witness as a client excavates their guilt, shame, and pain from deep within, to be held, honored, and witnessed. I love the depth of agency I witness as someone experiences repair to boundary breach, a voice to finally say, "NO!" or an emphatic "YES!" to moving towards the life they've always wanted. I love the magic that happens when we intentionally heal lineage wounds, as well as celebrate the ones who came before us, and lay down the patterns that are no longer relevant.  I love the demystifying and landing into the pelvic territory I witness so often. I love witnessing clients step into their authentic rhythms and find an easeful path forward in life.
