✨ What a beautiful month it has been at Liz Holcomb Massage & Wellness! ✨

This season has been filled with growth, community, and connection.
I’m so proud of our newest Reiki Practitioners, as well as those currently in training.  What an honor to witness your light awakening and your hands come alive with healing energy.

Our Intuitive Development (practice) Group has been deeply inspiring and so much fun!!!  Thank you to everyone who showed up with open hearts, curiosity, and courage. The way this circle continues to unfold is pure magic. 💫

And to everyone who joined myself and Carolina at Nove Yoga & Wellness for the Full Moon Breathwork & Sound Journey ~ WOW. The energy, the release, the clarity… it was incredible to feel that collective transformation ripple through the room.  

Finally, I’m thrilled to share that a new painting by my dad is now hanging in the studio — a gentle reminder of creativity, presence, and the healing beauty of art.

Here’s to grounding into November with gratitude, connection, and light.
