The Goose is a high-fidelity lounge, nightclub, Cajun-fusion kitchen, tea house, and creative event space located at 920 Main Street in Downtown Dubuque.

We host everything from Wing Wednesday and Open Mic Comedy to Club Nights with rotating DJs, Latin Night, live music, private rentals, and community events — all powered a whole lot of heart.

We’re looking for reliable, good-energy humans to join our team.

🍸 Part-Time Bartenders
$10/hour + tips
Friday & Saturday daytime shifts (more relaxed pace)
Fill-in shifts for events & club nights
Must be adaptable — from chill tea house vibes to packed dance floor energy
Strong customer service skills required
Experience preferred but personality + reliability matter most

🔥 Kitchen Staff (Part-Time)
$15/hour + split of food tips
Opportunity to grow into ~32 hours/week
Work within our Cajun-fusion bar & grill menu
Fast-paced during events
Consistency, teamwork, and hustle required
Line experience preferred
