Good morning!! ☀️
I know that most of the people on this page was here for health and fitness. While I'm still in the game ( this is day 3 of 75 Hard!), I shifted my focus over here to my plant nursery! I am STILL doing and living health, fitness, & wellness, but I need to create separate spaces for the two. So in the next few days to a week, I will separating the pages.

Welp…here I go. Back home from 2 amazing weeks in my hubby’s home island: Tortola. And of course, starts tomorrow. No time to waste! Resetting and unpacking the house. Fun fact: Jan 17 will make a year in Vero Beach…and we haven’t even unpacked all the boxes from our move🤦🏾‍♀️So also purging the house of many unneeded items. PLUS, prepping for a Greenhouse Clean Out show on Monday, Jan 12. Busy girl, and GRATEFUL FOR IT! Follow along in my stories at for 75 Hard updates. Have you done it before? Before we left for Tortola to spend time with my husbands family, I had to do plant chores. Especially since I’m gone for 2 WEEKS…🤞🏾I HAD to snap a pic of this Venom. I have a few venoms, but this one is special. I grew her from corm and put her in tree fern mix from another plant that I got from Rooted. She is sizing up SO WELL!! 🤩🤩🤩 I’m experimenting with different growing mediums. They all seem to work well: from Pon, to Fruval/prelite, to tree fern mix, to a soilless chunky mix. Proves that you should just use what works best for you!
