From bumps to bruises, Alphege, Will and Alex are at Pine Rivers BMX Club to keep things rolling — because at BMX, the only thing we want taking a spill, is the sunset over the horizon.

Good luck to all the riders tonight — may your laps be fast and your first aid needs be wheelie minimal! 😄

Mark, Isaac, Jake and Jen hoofed it down to Beaudesert for PBR.

Bull-ieve us, they make these guys tough and that's no bull!

We hope they 'steer' clear of trouble and there are no ‘gore’-y injuries tonight 😉

MBFAV Inc will be in attendance tomorrow night too!

MBFAV Inc had a fundraising dinner tonight at Burpengary Grill’d. We were very lucky to be selected in February for their monthly Local Matters Jar! Delicious food! Thank you Grill'd Burpengary!

A huge thank you to Redcliffe RSL for their incredibly generous donation last November.

They have frequently donated to MBFAV over the years, and because of their support, MBFAV was able to purchase four brand new red response kit back packs — and they are absolute game changers for our team.

These bags carry all of our essential diagnostic equipment, first aid supplies, medications and even our AEDs. Every item is organised in easy-to-access, see-through compartments, allowing our volunteers to quickly locate what they need in time-critical situations.

Your contribution directly supports the safety of our community and strengthens our ability to deliver professional, efficient care when it is needed.

We are truly grateful for your ongoing community spirit and support.

We are not 'lion', there's plenty of 'horsing' around at Lunar New Year, Caboolture.
Nice to see people being neigh-bourly and supporting the community event.

Alphege, Jen and Nia are hoping there are no injuries and everyone remains stable.

They are celebrating the beginning of the Chinese New Year with a vibrant, family‑friendly evening packed with colour and culture. 🧧🧨🙌

Roses are red, saline is clear,
When duty calls out — MBFAV is here.

Gloves are snapped on and radios tight,
We size up the scene and make it alright.

Through DRSABCDE we calmly glide,
With teamwork and friendship right by our side.

Vitals recorded, we always do our best.
Having to put our skills to the test!

We lift, we reassure, we document neat,
Then debrief together with tired, happy feet.

Because first aid is skills — but it’s more than that too,
It’s trust in your team and knowing they’ve got you.

Day 2 and we’re back at it! ☀️🫧

MBFAV Inc are about to embark on Day 2 of Foam Fest at Sirromet Winery, and if Day 1 was anything to go by… it’s going to be another ripper.

This year we’re lucky to be joined by some Diploma Paramedic students on placement as well as a few legends from Qld Emergency Medical Services - QEMS great energy, great teamwork, and plenty of learning happening between bubbles ☺️

Between the sunshine, water, slip ’n slides and a very foamy fun run, it’s safe to say everyone will be soaked, smiling, muddy!! and questioning their life choices while trying not to stack it 😂

As always, we’re here to keep everyone safe while still enjoying the fun (and trying not to get too foamy ourselves). Let’s do Day 2! 💙🚑

🌟 Exciting news! 🌟

MBFAV Inc are one of the lucky groups that Grill’d Burpengary is supporting this February! 💪🏻

Burpengary Grill’d is located at 9 Burpengary Road, Burpengary 4505.

Go in and enjoy some delicious food 🍔🍟🥤🥗and put your token in our jar!

All funds raised go back to the community by training our volunteers and providing equipment and consumables at the community events we attend.

Morty, Karina, Alex, Sandy and Gillian attended round 1 of the season.
BMX bike racing is a fun, high-energy sport that builds fitness, strength, and confidence. It boosts coordination and balance, sharpens focus, and burns serious energy, all while being part of a supportive, social community.
