Healing with Intention is almost here… 🌿

We can’t wait until this Sunday where we’ll share a morning of connection, mindfulness and relaxation. 💛

To add a little extra love, we’ll be drawing two beautiful self-care baskets for those joining us in person, filled with local handmade goodies and heartful treats to take the feeling home with you. 🧺✨

💛 Healing with Intention – Rescheduled 🌧️

Due to the forecast calling for rain and showers tomorrow morning, we’ve made the decision to reschedule our event to next Sunday, July 27th from 9–11am at Irving Arboretum Park.

This event is all about creating a peaceful and nourishing experience outdoors, and we want everyone to feel cozy, comfortable, and dry as we move, breathe, and connect together. ☀️

Thank you for your understanding, and we really hope you’ll still be able to join us next weekend.

If you haven’t registered yet, there’s still time to sign up and join us 💫
