We are thrilled to announce that The Fluid Nature of Being is available now in the UK and EU, and from July 11th in the US and Canada. You are warmly invited to join us for our online Book Launch on June 30th at 7pm UK time.

Twenty-one Integrative Bodywork & Movement Therapy practitioners have worked with me over the last three years to create a rich and diverse collection of writings. They offer a glimpse into the practice, research and creative work that has emerged through our collective somatic explorations over a period of more than thirty years. Rooted in IBMT practice, the authors open into a wide range of applications, embracing educational, therapeutic and creative practice.

We will offer a further discount to those joining us for the Book Launch on June 30th.
Discounts will also be available in the US market once the book is available there.
ISMETA members can receive a 20% discount from the ISMETA Bookstore

The Book Launch will be a chance to meet and hear some of the authors speak about their contribution to the book.

Our Intro workshops are filling up fast. We have an early Bird Rate ending on Saturday for the workshop on 23rd July in Devon.

If you are interested in joining our diploma module that starts in September, come and spend a day getting a taster of our approach to embodied anatomy.

We work using a combination of movement and bodywork, alongside the anatomical study of the systems of the body. Take some time to enquire into what you know about your own experience and learn ways of noticing more as you tune in.

Take time out to connect with the detail of what it is to be human as you join this 2 year module that explores all the major body systems through anatomy, movement and bodywork. Meet with a small closed group each month in South Devon to study both theoretical and experiential aspects, with a strong focus on the embodiment of each system. The personal meanings and psychological expressions embodied within these different tissues are also explored.

Based on Body-Mind Centering®, this approach offers a way to gently come back home to the body, to re-experience the integration of sensation, feeling, mind and spirit that is ours by nature. We learn to awaken awareness in the body through focused touch, breath, guided imagery, movement and vocal expression - we can learn to trust again the body and the knowledge that it carries.

This module is part of the Diploma in Integrative Bodywork & Movement Therapy. An ISMETA approved Somatic Movement Education & Therapy programme.

Online workshop coming up: An Introduction to Embodied Anatomy & Movement Repatterning.

Join us for an introductory day to connect with the stuff of your body. Be guided in landing in how you are in your body, to begin to notice and tune in. We'll be exploring elements of our anatomy and physiology, using self-touch and movement, to help us to notice more. See the workshop page on our website for more details.
