Finding my breath and calm in these uncertain times. Calm in the quiet streets of San Francisco. The streets that usually have such a flurry of activity and energy. There is grace in all of this, I know. It’s not always easy to see and understand why we must endure this global pandemic...but when I allow the quiet it has brought to seep in to my being, I feel the grace - the opportunity to reset. May we all find the silver lining here in this moment.
