Anime Otaku Hobby Event Nights will be a fun time with various activities.
Featured Events include: Pokemon GO, Learn to Play, Casual Play, Trading, along with some other fun activities.
Free for all Ages
Pokemon GO: Come meet up with fellow Trainers to Raid the Local Gyms.
Learn to Play: There will be learn to play sessions throughout the night for those who wish to learn how to play.
Casual Play: We will have table spaces for players who wish to play for fun.
Trading: Space will be available for people who wish to trade Pokemon Cards.
Other TCG Play Styles: Limited space for “TCG 4 Player Raids”. 4 Players using their Decks to try and defeat the Raid Boss :) “Ditto Pack Battle Style” just grab 2 packs (recommend from same series to make it fair) and have total of 10 Energy each and have fun. We have extra Energy that people can use.
Pokemon items for kids: Origami, Colouring Sheets and Stickers.

🪡We’ve been enjoying the engagement from the community at our weekly Sewing & Fibre arts drop-ins! Facilitated by artist Jennifer Choo Chee, we've made scrunchies, bandanas, pouches, and plushies.

🧵Drop-in on Saturday afternoons to follow along and learn a new project, or create your own unique work of art. Meet members of the community and contribute to our community quilt! All materials provided, no advance registration required, and no experience is necessary!

🧵 Meet the facilitator for our weekly Sewing & Fibre Arts drop-in program!

✨Jennifer Choo Chee is a wife, mom, former reserve soldier, and dog lover from Trinidad and Tobago. She makes handmade pieces that help fund her Canadian Transplant Games journey and share her passion for organ donation awareness after her life-saving 2008 kidney transplant.

She is a dedicated community figure in South Etobicoke, known for her involvement with Lakeshore Arts, LAMP Community Health Centre, local sports (especially transplant games).
