Life is short- Make a plan and Enjoy every day
Not happy with your eating or exercise.
Maybe its just your mind doing what ever it wants.
Maybe your soo bogged down in work you cant see past the end of each day.

Yesterday marked the start of my new journey. For most of the year life has been soo busy that I have let things get in the way of my health.
A scare after having the Covid Vaccination and some family health dramas (including Strokes, anuryisms and dementia) have led me to have a full medical including ECG and MRI and kick start my health up a gear.
You only get one chance at life.

Normally Im the sort of person who says "I will start on Monday"!
But yesterday I decided to take the first step and just do it.
So instead of sitting down and making a plan and writing it down and thinking heaps about it and how I would fit it in, I just put on my shoes and went for my first walk up the Mountain. And did my planning while I was walking.

What a hectic start to the new year. Busy is an understatement.
But for sometime now I have been stressing myself over a current job I am doing. The client is difficult and I wake up not wanting to go to work. I have felt like this for over a year but this year I have decided it is up to me to change things. I dont want to leave and I like the actual work but when someone can never be pleased and is a Negative Nancy towards everyone it is up to me to do something about it. Life is too short.
So today is the start.
As the saying goes "Start by taking the first step- One at a time" 🙂
