Do you find yourself giving, giving, giving? Are you also receiving?
- I didn’t realise although very obvious when I look at all the past signs that I felt awkward....mmm that’s not the right word, but I felt better let’s put it that way to give rather than receive. So what’s happening now, is that LIFE is holding back on some things, financially tight at the moment. So what do I do?
- I get to work on the issue of LACK using Vortexhealing (a Divine Healing art) and feeling the block in my body. Noticed amazing releases this afternoon, so gonna keep going!
What comes to mind right now when you read the quote, may be the thing you are holding back on?

Avocado Fan Here! Isn't this true?
Originally from Mexico and actually a fruit. Avocado gives dishes a creamy texture and because it is mild can use it to make chocolate puddings. Yum!
Health benefits: Rich in fat-soluble vitamins and monounsaturated fats, avocado benefits also include glowing skin, bright eyes and shiny hair both when eaten or used topically. Plus rich in fibre, healthy fats, potassium and vitamin K
I use it in:
Smoothies
Salads
Dips
Chocolate Puddings -darn ran out of cacao yesterday :-(
Any other ideas you have?

--Now who loves 'retreats'?--
Me, me me! OK so the type of retreats I go on can be a bit of hard core. Delving deep inside to uncover answers, find truth, who you are - but then there is the meditation which I love, great food (with naughty puddings every day ...😮😁), Qi Gong (like Tai Chi), sunshine, nature & peace, silence, relaxation.
The main aim I focus on with my clients is 'relaxation'. For it is when the body is relaxed energy can flow better, you can think clearly and more focused. Result = healing on body & mind.
So some snippets from the retreat with Adyashanti held in the depths of the British countryside. Maybe you may try out a retreat like this someday? If you dare......😂

Tofu veggie rolls by
I’ve made rolls before with solely veggie - rice paper
- avocado
- peppers - sprouts
- cucumber - herbs
- add what you like!
Dip ingredients: I’d swop peanut butter for almond butter: 3 tbsp almond butter, 2 tbsp tamarind paste, 4 tbsp coconut milk, liquid aminos or tamari, squeeze lime - MIX and DIP
Or DIP just in tamari sauce deliciousness

At the silent retreat with Adyashanti and with previous teachers they indicated a time when you will realise when you are over flowing with information. Therefore no more can go in, it’s about experience...I’ve cut down on the amount of spiritual books I read, and value now experiences I have or insights shown. And it all begins with silence....
