👇A lot of ADHD productivity advice sounds like this:

🛑 “Try harder.”
🛑 “Plan better.”
🛑 “Be more disciplined.”

ADHD coworking is simpler.

✅ You show up.
✅ You pick one task.
✅ We work quietly together in short focus blocks.

No heroic motivation required. Just structure.

Midnight Habits We All Pretend Are Fine

“Just One More Episode”
You tell yourself it’s the last one... but suddenly it’s 3 AM and you’re emotionally invested in fictional characters.
Late-Night Snacking
It starts with a small bite and ends with an entire packet gone—bonus guilt included.
Doomscrolling
Mindlessly scrolling through reels, posts, or news that you won’t even remember tomorrow.
Overthinking Everything
Your brain chooses midnight to replay embarrassing moments from 7 years ago.
Random Life Decisions
Convincing yourself to change your entire life, career, or hairstyle... at 2:17 AM.
Ignoring Sleep Alarms
You set a bedtime alarm... just to confidently ignore it.
Online Shopping Spirals
Adding things to cart you don’t need but suddenly feel essential at night.
Deep Conversations (With Yourself)
Philosophical thoughts hit harder when the world is quiet—and slightly dramatic.
Watching “Productivity” Videos Instead of Sleeping
Ironically avoiding sleep while trying to learn how to “fix your life.”
Checking Your Phone Every 5 Minutes
As if something important will magically happen while everyone else is asleep.

April is Autism Acceptance Month.

Many individuals and families are navigating both ADHD and autism—and they’re not alone. Research suggests that a significant percentage of people with autism may also have ADHD.

Not long ago, a dual diagnosis wasn’t even considered possible. But for many families, that didn’t match what they were living every day.

These are two separate conditions that can co-occur—and recognizing both can lead to better understanding and support.

For you, the keys, mail, and Post-Its on the counter are working memory aids. For your partner, it’s all a mess that triggers stress. Can you find a compromise?
