You’ve been using honey wrong. 🍯 Ayurveda has a strict rule about honey that modern science is starting to validate: never heat honey. When heated above 40°C (104°F), honey’s molecular structure changes, creating compounds that are difficult to digest and potentially harmful. Research shows: heating honey produces hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF), a compound linked to toxicity, raw honey has antimicrobial and healing properties, heated honey loses all beneficial enzymes. Add honey to warm tea (drinkable temperature), not boiling. Better yet, eat it raw.
