Weight loss during perimenopause can be challenging!
Methods that used to work may no longer work, or, even worse, may even cause you to gain weight.
As your body adjusts to a new normal, you may have to re-learn what your body needs for its new chapter to be able to get the weight off.
And sometimes, it's just going back to the basics and fine-tuning your foundation.
During the 3 months we worked together, Linda learned:
✅️ how to properly read food labels
✅ ️how macro nutrients can ignite weight loss
✅ ️the importance of proper supplements that will aid in my weight loss
✅ ️the importance of getting enough sleep each night
And, that a healthy lifestyle is lifelong and does not need to be immediate....it's a marathon, not a sprint.
Focus on continuing to get healthier, and the weight loss will follow!
