This young and amazing man! 22 years ago today you came into this world and since then, the bond between us has only grown stronger every year. 💪🏼
I can’t even begin to tell you how proud I am of you, how you amaze me everyday and how blessed I am that the Lord allowed me to be your mom! I will cherish every moment I have with you. I look forward to our chats, to hearing about your day, to listening to your dreams and goals and the love you have for the Lord, your chosen profession and your family. ❤️Someday, in the Lords time, the one who He has made for you will enter your life and how wonderful that will be. ❤️You will honor her and she you! You will make the best husband and provider and someday, God willing, the best father! Xan, a big part of my life was define by the phrase I first heard when you were born, “it’s a boy” and ever since it has been a beautiful adventure. 💕

Perception is often labeled as reality. I used to believe that 100%. But leadership has taught me: what you hear, see, or feel isn’t always what was said, done, or intended. Our minds run with stories—fed by noise, influence, circumstances, and doubt and all of that can distance us from the real truth, from our creator, and from each other. So next time, pause and ask:
· What did you mean by that?
· What exactly did you hear, see, feel (fill in the blank)
· What do you think that means when you heard that?
… Then listen. Real understanding begins when we replace assumptions with questions and seeking an environment where in the conversation people are open to different perspectives!

Back in 2010 I started implementing an evidence-based framework I’d used in business development, strategic planning, implementation, and continuous process improvement as a consulting service for my clients. I then began collaborating and working with our local health departments and later evolved the program by incorporating more evidence-based strategies. Fast forward to joining EVEXIAS Health Solutions, I implemented a similar framework with the clients I worked personally with. A few weeks ago we decided to teach this to our Western practices who attended our Western Refresher training. It wasn’t just a hit, it’s now being requested across the country.

This is only a fraction of what I’ve implemented- but to our clients, it’s the next level in mastering business metrics and growing practices. When implemented consistently, it not only works; it often exceeds expectations and goals. What a blessing is to Daya and our family!
Tonight she came over to the house to help surprise Daya in getting her all dolled up for her first ! I would say she used to be a nanny but to us she was an extended family and Daya was to her and her family too! They all loved Daya and took care of her for many years! How special that she was here to help her! Robert and I made it back in plenty of time to see her reveal and take her to the dance!! 🙏 , Lord.

Excited to dive into a series with not sure if this course is geered towards this ⬆️ but I am looking forward to what God has in store for me through this course! Many thanks to you and Polly for what you have done together through the years, for others!

In a world that often pulls us in different directions, leaning in and learning can be our greatest tools for personal transformation. To be the best version of ourselves, we must first recognize the unique gifts God has bestowed upon us. The creativity, talent, passion, and personal experiences shapes our ability to serve and be in health relationships with others!

By exploring our true selves/ identity , we can better understand others. What are our strengths? What challenges have shaped us? These reflections not only anchor us in our identity but also allow us to empathize with the journeys of others.

So, how do we anchor ourselves in this truth? As we grow stronger in our identity, we can empower others to find their own anchors, encouraging them to embrace their unique paths.
