In the TRE® Provider Training, we learn that true healing doesn’t happen through effort — it unfolds in *safety and connection.* 🌿
When the body feels safe, it begins to trust.
When we connect — with ourselves, with others, with the tremor — the nervous system remembers how to unwind.
This was so beautifully alive in the group that just completed their **module 2 Training**. 💛
Together, we witnessed how trust deepens when safety is felt, how hearts open when connection is real, and how every tremor carries both vulnerability and strength.
It was a weekend filled with presence, laughter, and genuine human warmth — a living example of TRE® in motion.
Here, we don’t rush the process. We create space.
Space for presence, curiosity, and deep self-discovery.
💫 Safety is the soil. Connection is the root. From there, everything can grow.
