I believe that behind every number is a mission, and behind every resources is an opportunity to serve. The role of Treasurer is not just about managing funds--- it is about safeguarding the trust that each members places in our organization.
It is a privilege to serve, I will lead with integrity, transparency, and accountability --ensuring that every dollar is managed with care, every report is concise, clear, and every decision supports the vision and growth of PNAA.
My commitment is to uphold three guiding principles:
TRANSPARENCY -- so every member feels informed, included, and confident.
ACCOUNTABILITY --- so our processes remain strong, ethical, and dependable.
PURPOSE-DRIVEN STEWARDSHIP --- so our resources continue to empower programs, support our nurses, and uplift the community we serve.
I find peace in keeping things organized --- a simple practice that reflects who I am: grounded, focused, and guided by purpose. And that is the same spirit I bring to leadership.
As your Treasurer, I may not have all the answers, yet, I will work not only to manage resources, but to help sustain our mission and strengthen our future.
