How did I lose 3kg in 4 days and see a visual loss in body fat?
In the summer, I experimented with a different nutrition approach I had never used before.
It surprised me that it actually made the process easier than ever for me.
I saw fast change from Thursday to Monday (the difference between these photos).
There is an endless amount of misinformation and poor advice on social media, and one thing people tend to respect from me is the no BS, honest advice.
That’s not going to change.
Fat loss comes down to a calorie deficit, and the degree of the deficit determines the speed of that fat loss.
That’s fact! No one can argue against the science, but people still try.
The difference in approach just needs to vary between individuals to help with meeting the deficit more easily, sustaining it long enough to get significant results, and more importantly, keeping them.
I reduced the number of feedings and delayed my first meal for as long as possible. I found it easy with no hunger. I used a lot of water and some caffeine while I just cracked on with work for 6 hours straight without moving.
Then I ate and went to the gym.
My calories, as a result, were lower than ever, eating just 2 meals.
It’s not rocket science, and it’s not for everyone, but for me, with a busy workday, I found it easy.
I don’t always do it, but at times when I have a busy workday, I just delay that first meal.
Fasting is not magic for fat loss, other than if we reduce the eating window, we tend to eat fewer calories.
If you want my more detailed strategy, then message me FAT LOSS and I’m happy to share it for free, no worries.
