Wednesday night marked the beginning of our Secrets of the Senses ~ awaken your intuition. 💜 🔮 4 week journey and what a beautiful introduction it was. ✨
The room held such quiet magic and sacred pause. Sometimes, when we step into sacred space together, words fall away and the soul takes over. There were tears, stillness and deep presence, all signs that something sacred was beginning to stir.
We shared stories about intuition experiences before then practicing a Clair awakening meditation.

I’m so deeply grateful to each woman who joined me, giving lovely feedback such as;

✨…and it’s here; the Sacred Reveal !! ✨

Over the half term I poured my heart, hands and paintbrush into something truly special… my newly transformed studio.

After nearly three years in this (sacred) space, come January, it felt time to weave fresh magic into her walls.. just in time for the Witch’s New Year. The theme that whispered to me from the ether was;
‘The Witch’s Workroom’!!

My amazing sisters (my Real life one too..) helped breathe life into the vision…every brushstroke infused with laughter, intention, love, joy and divine feminine energy. ✨
There are now symbols of power and protection painted on the walls, a soft hum of Reiki energy in the air and a deeper sense of home and being held within these walls than ever before.

Before sharing this space with the wider world, I wanted my regular ladies, my sacred circle and yoga fam to be the first to see and feel her new energy, they have commented beautiful words such as;

“It’s like being outdoors, indoors”.
“Like being in a forest glen.”
“I feel so cosy, held and comforted.”

As the last leaves fall and the crisp air whispers of winter’s approach we are invited to slow, to breathe and to honour this gentle turning of the seasons. Autumn’s vibrant energy has carried us through change, reflection and letting go and now winter’s quiet embrace calls us to rest and to nurture ourselves from within.

ᴡʜᴀᴛ ɪs ᴡɪɴᴛᴇʀɪɴɢ? ❄️
There comes a time each year when the Earth herself begins to whisper… slow down.
The trees release what they no longer need, the animals retreat to their dens and the world grows quiet.
This is wintering. The art of turning inward.. of allowing yourself to rest, to soften, to be still. Not dreading the dark nights, but welcoming them with blankets and fairy or candle light, taking a deep exhale after a year of giving and doing.

It is permission to pause.

To wrap yourself in blankets of gentleness.
To listen to the parts of you that have been calling for your care. Wintering is not about doing less, it’s about being more.
✨ More present.
✨ More tender to yourself.
More attuned to your inner rhythm and what your body, mind and spirit truly need.

So as the world slows and softens, a quiet question arises…;

❄️ Hᴏᴡ ᴀʀᴇ ʏᴏᴜ ʙᴇɪɴɢ ᴄᴀʟʟᴇᴅ ᴛᴏ ᴡɪɴᴛᴇʀ? ❄️

My heart is so full today, last night’s Samhain gathering was just pure magic.
From the moment the candles were lit
the energy glittered, intentions were set and the most beautiful conversations flowed with ease as the sisters began arriving and sat chatting with ease, love and laughter dancing between them, the air thick with familiarity and gentle joy. 💫

It was also the unveiling of our newly decorated sacred space and oh how everyone adored it!…it felt alive with magic. I can already feel that this space will hold so much more joy, healing and spellcraft in the months ahead and the newly approaching year. What better way to begin the witches new year.

The 📸 of the cards was taken by a sister who message today to say;

“I have to say last night was one of my favourite circles. The lighting and alter and even the room colour added to it. It felt so special and magical.“

Holy Fire Reiki is a higher, more refined evolution of traditional Reiki. It is a spiritually guided energy that flows directly from Source and the Holy Spirit as a pure, intelligent current of divine consciousness.

Unlike traditional Reiki which often feels warm, soothing and grounding, Holy Fire energy has a radiant, ethereal quality, it feels like liquid light or a sacred flame that gently burns away fear, pain and energetic residue often continuing its work long after the session has ended.

☕️ Enjoying a brew in bed this morning, taking some rest and quiet before the re decorating in the studio begins today.
Needless to say I am VERY excited. In January I will have been in my space 3 Year. Wow.. where did that time go.?
It feels like such an apt time to begin the changes I feel called to make as the veil thins and the witches new year approaches. The energy feels ripe for renewal , a shedding of the old to make way for what’s next and the weaving of even more magic into this space. ✨

This little studio has held so many transformations already, women gathering in circle, sacred tears, shared laughter, women rediscovering themselves and their own power for healing.…and now, as the wheel turns once again it’s asking to evolve too. I can already see it in my mind’s eye; candlelight flickering against earthen coloured walls, shelves lined with herbs, crystals and spell jars, a sacred space for yoga, where movement meets moonlight. Every brushstroke, every placement will be an act of intention and loving devotion. To my journey, to yours, to the space we have lovingly created and built together.
This isn’t just redecoration… it’s re-enchantment. A renewal of the energy that holds every workshop, ritual and whispered intention.

Ahh… just watching this makes me feel relaxed. 💤
This is how we end the final session of the six week block each time… with a restorative yoga class to deeply rest and reset body, mind and nervous system.

Each class is a chance to feel into your body, physically and energetically and move in the way your soul needs that day. They are an intuitive, heart led blend of Hatha yoga, some weeks flowing gently through soft Vinyasa, others exploring moon inspired movement, or grounding deeply with belts, blocks and mindful stillness. There’s never any rush, no expectation, just warmth, laughter and that beautiful sense of togetherness we’ve created in our little yoga family. 💕

Sessions are suitable for everyone, from absolute beginners to the more experienced, providing a sacred space to soften and reconnect.
