Walking into Wentworth in Minnetonka, you feel it immediately—a sense of belonging. For over 40 years, this home has been a safe haven for Mickey, Murray, Mark, and Tim. They’ve grown up together, shared routines, and built a brotherhood.

As they age, Wentworth evolves with them—adding handrails, walk-in showers, and adaptive tools—so they can live with dignity and joy.

We’re honored to share that we have received a $10,000 gift through the Apartments.com ThanksGifting program, which recognizes nonprofits making a meaningful impact in their communities. We’re incredibly grateful to our friends at Twin City Heating, Air, and Electric for their amazing generosity. Through the Lennox "Feel the Love" event, they installed a brand-new furnace—bringing warmth and comfort to our Virginia home completely free of charge. Thank you to the Twin City Heating, Air, and Electric team and Lennox for your heartwarming gift and ongoing support. Your kindness truly makes a difference in the lives of those we support!

Together, We Ensure Tomorrow campaign

Did you know? All new employees participate in enhanced onboarding and training so that they can provide the right support at the right time?

We provide:

•Enhanced training during onboarding for new DSPs, includes shadowing our nursing team and learning the specific needs of each person in the home they will support
•Intensive Medication Administration sessions for each new employee after two weeks of onboarding.
•New training modules focused on medical conditions and aging-related needs are assigned too.
